One of the readings from Christine's funeral: Small said: “But what about when you’re dead and gone? Would you love me then? Does love go on?” Large held Small snug as they looked out at the night, at the moon in the dark and the stars shining bright. “Small, look at the stars – how they shine and glow. Yet some of those stars died a long time ago. Still they shine in the evening skies… love, like starlight, never dies”.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
